We’ve discovered that, although we don’t currently have a specific industry niche, the best client fit is at a certain stage in an organisation’s growth.
In the early stages of growth, many businesses know that they need a web presence, but they’re not yet aware of the full potential of what the internet can do for them. They don’t have a lot of content to publish, they don’t have sophisticated marketing campaigns, they don’t have a marketing or communications team.
At this early stage, many businesses hire a local freelancer or small agency to build their first website. This approach is cost-effective and meets the needs of the business at that time.
As a business grows it’s website needs change. Their website often becomes an important marketing platform and an integral business tool. Businesses at this stage understand the importance of regular communication with their customer and their staff, and have the resources available to create and publish regular content.
At this stage, organisations often start to use tools such as CRMs, newsletter platforms, and integrated social media tools. Brand and visual identity often becomes a priority, with marketing teams looking to achieve greater consistency across all internal and marketing communications.
